On April 7th, 2018 – Savannah and Chris finally became husband and wife. Friends/relatives from Connecticut and Mississippi came down to San Diego to see their favorite couple say “I Do” at the United Methodist Church. Savannah and Chris smiled from ear to ear as they met walking down the aisle. They were truly glowing with joy and excitement. Following the ceremony, everyone congregated at the Luce Loft, located in downtown San Diego. The dreamy industrial space was filled with burgundy blooms, eucalyptus and the most delicious food I have ever had at a wedding.
A little about the couple…
Savannah and Chris are both in the military. They met while being stationed in Japan. Pretty epic start to a love story if you ask me! If you have had the pleasure of knowing Savannah and Chris, then you know their relationship is something special. After spending some time with them, I quickly caught on to their magic – especially on their wedding day! I noticed they give each other these looks, almost as if they know exactly what the other is thinking or feeling. Their connection is truly one of a kind.
I feel honored to have been apart of their celebration and I am so excited to finally share their beautiful wedding day on my blog. Scroll down for photos and more details about their lovely event.

The day began with getting ready moments at a quaint victorian home, located in Bankers Hill.
During the getting ready shots, Savannah and Chris both kept asking how the other was doing. You could tell how anxious they were to see one another.
The view in this church was breath taking! I loved the way the natural light beamed through the stain glass windows.
FINALLY MAN AND WIFE!
If you have it in your budget, I highly recommend renting a vintage car. Not only is it a great prop for photos, but driving around in a Rolls Royce on your wedding day is pretty unforgettable.
Friends and family traveled from from all over the US to come celebrate with newly weds. The guest count may have been small in numbers, but large in love for the couple.
This cake topper is one of my favorites! Real sweet and simple.
Also, I ate like a million of these donuts, haha! They were SO GOOD!
These are some of my favorite photos! We walked to the top of a parking garage across the street and got the most amazing panoramic view of Downtown San Diego.
These are some of my most favorite reception shots. The DJ played a great mix oldies and top 40. The dance floor was completely packed all night long. Even Grandma couldn’t resist getting into the groove!
Congratulations again to the happiest couple ever!
