This couple had the most emotional first look of all time. Take a closer look at Grace & Kade’s dreamy boho style wedding at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.
Grace and Kade waited a long time to have their special day. Through postponements and the pandemic, they were patient, and when their day finally happened, it was magical.
This is an incredible place to get married in SoCal. The beautiful grounds overflow with greenery and Spanish-style architecture. The bohemian design was so dreamy. Kelsey [with Kelsey Rae Designs] brought the couple’s boho wedding vision to life with fluffy pampas grass, beige blooms by Native Poppy, rustic tables, white linens, peacock chairs and more.
One of the most emotional and special parts of the day was Grace and Kade’s first look before the ceremony. While we were setting up the groom to see his bride for the first time, the energy shifted instantly. Kade became quiet and seemingly filled with butterflies as he waited for Grace to tap his shoulder. Grace was full of smiles, excitment, and eagerness as she approached her husband to be.
When Grace tapped his shoulder, and he turned around to see her, you could feel the intensity of their love. Typically, this moment is very quick and the couple is ready to move on to the next thing. However, with these two it was different. I didn’t want to influence a single thing they did because they were completely lost in affection and infatuation. The feelings lasted all day long, and was magic to photograph. Their love for each other is undeniable, as you’ll see below.
