Today on the blog we are talking about Sherilyn & Justin’s Monochromatic White Modern Style Wedding at JULEP Venue. This downtown San Diego wedding was full of all white florals, outfit changes, dance routines, and runway level glam – it’s THE BONDOC ENERGY for me! These two are some of the most fun and lively duo I have ever worked with. What really makes their hype train go is the beautiful community of friends and family that cheer them on. I can tell their people mean the whole world to them.
This ceremony was filled with the biggest laughs, and the most sincere tears. You could feel the immense love these two have for each other, and that this love is matched equally by their incredible friends and family. People always say this, but there literally wasn’t a dry eye at this ceremony.
This modern wedding’s theatrical entrances, and dance-all-night energy mixed with the monochromatic, elegant, and high-fashion looks made it so unique, extravagant, and dramatic. Every piece in this chic wedding, from @sherilynreus’s bouquet [beautifully designed by florist AHRFLORALS] to the statement florals and votives at the ceremony, to the bridesmaids’ dresses were sleek white tones. I love this non-traditional approach the Bondoc’s chose. The ivory all around them celebrated and emphasized the bride and her dress, and the beauty of the Bondoc’s becoming husband and wife.
Later at the reception, the couple changed out of their wedding-wear without forsaking the drama and style. Here is where silver makes an entrance to provide flash and sparkle. Boba drink showed up for a mid-reception snack break. The couple hosted a hilarious dance competition and the DJ played bay area hyphy hit after hit. The energy at this wedding was unmatched, and you can feel it in the photos. Their joy, raucous, and heartfelt tears pull you in and make you another guest on their dancefloor, having the time of your life.
