A Boho Mission Beach Wedding
I have been meaning to post this wedding for so long! I guess being trapped in COVID lock down means I have time to go back and post weddings from two years ago, LOL! This Boho Beach Wedding is definitely worth going back in archives for.
Raquel & Tyler are the quintessential surf couple. So, having a barefoot ceremony along Mission Bay was the perfect setting to tell their love story. Friends and family gathered on along the water as the couple exchanged personal vows. One of my favorite moments was when their son (Taj) ran to the couple, and sat right in between them through out the vows. It was sort of symbolic in a way, demonstrating their love and unity as a family. After the "I Do's" everyone met for cocktails, vegetarian bites and dancing at the Women's Club in Mission Beach!
Raquel & Tyler's boho wedding design had a distinct romantic and free spirited vibe. I love how The Floral Craft added little feathers to the bride's bouquet giving it a subtle earthy feel. Another detail that stood out was that the bridesmaids held tambourines instead of bouquets. I thought that was so unique and also a cool keepsake! However, the piece that really stood out the most was their hippie chic tipi.
