A Vintage & Colorful Balboa Park Wedding
Sasha & Andrew's Vintage & Colorful Balboa Park Wedding was fun, funky and full of personal style. From the clothes they wore, to the food they served - everything about this wedding felt very unique to the couple's personality and style. To sum it up - this wedding is RAD!
There are so many details that stood out to me about this wedding. One in particular was the couple's attire. Sasha wore a cool, vintage style BHLDN dress that was covered in sequin embroidery. I love how she elevated her bridal look by adding a cute pair of thrifted, gold heels and a dark denim jacket that was covered in her favorite pins. Andrew kept it clean with a dark blue tux. I love how he accessorized his classic look with color. He wore a subtle floral print tie and a colorful red boutonnière.
Another unforgettable piece to their wedding day was the decor. From the moment l stepped into the reception, I felt like I was being transported into a Wes Anderson film. The minimalist set up, tarot card table numbers and rose gold fringe curtains created a quirky wedding vibe. As if the space could not get more eclectic, With Flourish worked their magic. The blue and coral room was bursting with vivid blooms. This truly was one of the most colorful wedding designs I have ever seen. AND I LOVED IT!
When you are planning a wedding it's hard to not get caught up in seeing what other people are doing. The secret ingredient that will ALWAYS set your wedding apart from everyone else's is the fact that it is YOURS! Therefore, decorate it with elements that show off your individual style or personality. Sasha and Andrew's vintage and vibrant wedding day is a perfect example of that.
