A Sunrise Engagement Session at Griffith Observatory - Los Angeles Engagement Photos- Rae & Vince

For Rae and Vince’s engagement shoot, we went back to the place they got engaged. It was so sweet to see them revisit the magical moments of where the question was popped. Especially at such a gorgeous and grand historical location, The Griffith Observatory.

For this shoot, we were going for a playful, date night inspired vibe, which I think we accomplished, with frolicking around the Observatory and going to Jon and Vinny’s afterward. Being at the Griffith also gave us a vintage-y feel, with the Art Deco architecture overlooking the city of angels, and Rae’s sparkly dress. I love playing with the framing and angles of all the different archways the building has. The design of the Griffith is so beautiful and fun to photograph – it might be my favorite location to shoot.

I also really love the way the film photos turned out – retro and dreamy. This was such a fun day, capturing love, being creative, and eating pizza.
